What's actually on a personal site?
A bio, a portfolio or project section, a contact form, and links to wherever else you want to send people. We write the copy with you and build it so the most important parts are immediately visible.
Do I need to buy a domain name?
A custom domain (like yourname.com) isn't required but it makes a real difference for how the site appears in search. We can help you pick and register one — domain registration is a separate annual cost, typically $10–$15/year depending on the extension.
Why not just use LinkedIn or a free website builder?
LinkedIn is a platform with its own rules, its own algorithm, and its own design. You don't control what it shows or how it ranks. Free builders usually produce slow, template-looking sites that don't rank well. A personal site built on your own domain, on real infrastructure, indexed and fast, is a different category of thing.
Can I update it myself?
